Elder Mage1

An Elder Mage is a level 5 unit belonging to the race of Humans. The Elder Mage does not belong to any faction and cannot be recruited in game, instead it is the class given to powerful characters in campaigns. Therefore, it does not advance into or from anything.

Like Standard, Red, Arch and Great Magi, Elder Magi are purely offensive units. Instead of the fireball or missile favoured by other magi, however, they use powerful lightning bolts (however these are still Fire attacks).






CombatEdit

Once great, Elder Magi have seen their power a little diminished from wearying years of battle. Nevertheless they remain feared on battlefield on account of their powerful lightning bolts.

TriviaEdit

The Elder Mage is one of the two level 5 units in the game, the other being the Fire Dragon. Despite this, the Elder Mage is slightly weaker than the level 4 Great Mage, as Elder Magi are supposed to be not at the height of their power.

Notable Elder Magi were Delfador and Crelanu.
